If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if there is a problem with your chair, please contact us to review the issue. 

To get full credit for your return, simply ensure that all items are in their original condition and packaging including the pallet it was shipped on. rilassahome.com will inspect it when it gets back to us. Once the inspection is complete and the product and packaging are deemed to be undamaged, we will refund your money less the shipping freight. If you do not have all original packaging including the pallet, additional return charges may apply. 

Please note that if the chair you purchased has been damaged while in your possession, does not contain the original packaging, or requires any additional refurbishing once received, it could be subject to additional charges
